Charan leads sales outreach and marketing initiatives at PVAWP. He holds an MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis International University and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics from Confederation College. His background in business development, digital marketing, and analytics supports the company's growth into new markets and customer segments.

Shelley serves as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing customer relationships, processing orders, and coordinating communications between sales and production. She also supports day-to-day marketing and administrative operations, acting as a critical link between the customer-facing and operational sides of the business.

Cody supervises day-to-day production activities on the sawmill floor, coordinating the crew, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. He serves as the key point of contact between the Sawmill Manager and front-line workers.

Lindsay operates primary sawmill equipment to convert raw logs into dimensioned lumber. Her expertise in log grading, optimal cutting patterns, and wood species characteristics ensures maximum lumber recovery and product quality in every run.
